Apollo Suites

Apollo Suite is an elegant, exclusive accommodation facility in an old 20th century palace next to Teatro Apollo, which is a renowned, long standing theatre in the heart of Lecce. The large, fashionable rooms are on the first floor of this high-class palace; they are furnished with taste and style and provided with five star conveniences: air conditioning, LCD TV, mini-bar, coffee machine, wi-fi, strong-box and daily cleaning. The private bathrooms are made with attention to the smallest details and furnished in modern, fashionable style.

This accommodation facility consists of four suites: two of them are double, while the others are quadruple and they have also a kitchenette and a “gourmet corner”, that is a luxurious dresser with local traditional products inside –also available to be bought -. The suites take their names from some illustrious local personages: Giuseppe Libertini, Carlo V, Sigismondo Castromediano and Tito Schipa, to whom the main suite in dedicated: this suite has a big pendant -made in Murano in 1923-, a prestigious 20th century painting and, in contrast with these antique items, there is a big, modern 3D TV –with 3D glasses-. Moreover, all of the suites have a hall with sofa and TV and a bedroom with bathroom, but each of them is different from the others in style and comforts: for example, both Carlo V and Sigismondo Castromediano have a private entrance and a hi-tech kitchen, but the former has a mezzanine area, too.

Lastly, on the walls of every room there are some printings portraying some of the beautiful baroque views of Lecce.

Apollo Suite is in Lecce -overlooking Piazza Libertini-, right in the old town, exactly halfway between the main squares of the city: Piazza Mazzini and Piazza Sant’Oronzo, which are easily reachable on foot.
